This task will provide an NBS Decision Support toolbox and supportive digital services. Reference models and parameters will be received from Task 3.4. ENG will improve the toolbox with some from online repositories.
Functional requirements and stakeholders’ expectations will be collected adopting co-design methods (i.e., Design Thinking and Service Design) to involve users in the co-definition of the interactive and easy to understand graphical user interfaces of the tool via the NBS Living Labs.
In addition to the main DS product, a ‘light’ version will be developed by Oppla as a communication tool for promoting NBS amongst city authorities, planners, developers and the public. Finally, the task will ensure data source integration, data standardisation, parametrization of the tools, as well as the production of webinars, online tutorials and user guidance.
