Roadmap of exploitable products, services, and processes

Analysis of the market describes the solution proposals (SWOT analysis), identifies relevant target groups (update 1 of stakeholder mapping), and estimates the market potential via literature analysis, interviews, workshops and surveys.

Definition of Business Models & Cases for joint results:. The objective is to transfer the results from the Market analysis of the Exploitable Results into economic feasible business models, using internal workshops and the Business Model Canvas.

Roadmap of exploitable results: This task will implement a systematic roadmap towards exploitation based on the continuous exploitation audits for characterization of exploitable results

Deliverable 6.4 includes an update of stakeholder mapping.

Support exploitation impact including the identification critical conditions/actions necessary for upscaling, including research related needs.

Technology and Market Watch including all partners, especially partners which are owners of the selected exploitable results.

Monitoring external developments that may influence the outcome of the project and/or the use of the project results to help assess the exploitation opportunities and to identify, understand and mitigate barriers to market entry. Work will be closely connected to WP5 outcomes.

Development of exploitation material incl. partners related to the selected exploitable results.

Preparation of different material related to the exploitable results aiming at developing exchanges with potential partners for further exploitation of results and use the dissemination channels. Creation of synergies (enable the partners related to the selected exploitable results to establish relevant synergies for their exploitation and deep impact. Using the wide network of the consortium and the support of Enterprise Europe Network, S2i will organise some matchmaking sessions, upload profiles of selected exploitable results on the EEN database etc.
